Campaign List

The Campaigns List page is your central hub for viewing, managing, and organizing all discount campaigns. Access it via SC Discounts → Campaigns in your WordPress admin menu.
Page Layout Overview #
The Campaigns page includes:
- Header: Page title and “Add New Campaign” button
- Status Tabs: Filter campaigns by status
- Search Box: Find campaigns by name
- Bulk Actions: Manage multiple campaigns at once
- Campaign Table: List of all campaigns with key information
- Pagination: Navigate through large campaign lists
Status Filter Tabs #
Click tabs to filter the campaign list:

| All | Every campaign regardless of status |
| Active | Currently running campaigns |
| Scheduled | Future campaigns waiting to start |
| Draft | Unpublished campaigns |
| Paused | Temporarily suspended campaigns |
| Expired | Campaigns past their end date |
Each tab shows a count of campaigns in that status.
Campaign Table Columns #

Sorting Campaigns #
Click sortable column headers to reorder:
- Click once: Sort ascending (A-Z, oldest first, lowest priority)
- Click again: Sort descending (Z-A, newest first, highest priority)
- Arrow indicator shows current sort direction
Default Sort #
By default, campaigns sort by status (active first) then by start date (newest first).
Searching Campaigns #
Use the search box to find campaigns:
- Enter campaign name or partial name
- Search is case-insensitive
- Results filter as you type (or press Enter)
- Clear the search to see all campaigns again
Row Actions #
Hover over a campaign row to reveal action links:

Campaign Name Click Behavior #
Clicking a campaign name opens the Campaign Overview Panel — a slide-out panel showing detailed campaign information without leaving the list page.
The overview panel displays:
- Full campaign details
- Product selection summary
- Discount configuration
- Schedule information
- Health score and recommendations
- Performance metrics (Pro)
- Quick action buttons
Creating New Campaigns #
Two ways to create campaigns from this page:
- Add New Campaign button: Click the button at the top of the page
- Duplicate existing: Hover over a campaign and click “Duplicate”
Both open the Campaign Wizard.
Pagination #
For large campaign lists:
- Default shows 20 campaigns per page
- Navigation at bottom: First, Previous, Page Numbers, Next, Last
- Current page and total pages displayed
Status Badge Colors #

Health Score Indicators #
The Health column shows campaign configuration quality:

| Green circle | 90-100 | Excellent configuration |
| Blue circle | 70-89 | Good, minor improvements possible |
| Yellow circle | 50-69 | Fair, review recommended |
| Orange circle | 30-49 | Poor, issues affecting performance |
| Red circle | 0-29 | Critical issues need attention |
Click the indicator to open the campaign overview panel with detailed health information.
Products Column Information #
Shows selection type and count:
- “All Products” — Store-wide discount
- “23 Products” — Specific products selected
- “Random (10)” — 10 random products
- “Smart: Best Sellers” — Smart selection mode (Pro)
Schedule Column Information #
Shows campaign timing:
- “Dec 20 → Dec 27” — Date range
- “Starts Dec 25” — Scheduled, no end date
- “Runs indefinitely” — No start or end date
- “Ended Dec 15” — Expired campaign
- 🔄 icon indicates recurring campaign
Tips for Managing Large Campaign Lists #
- Use status filters: Focus on Active campaigns for daily management
- Archive expired: Consider deleting old expired campaigns to keep the list clean
- Name consistently: Use naming conventions like “2025-Q1-Sale” for easy sorting
- Sort by priority: Quickly see which campaigns take precedence
- Check health regularly: Sort by health to find campaigns needing attention
