- No artificial limits on campaigns, products, or usage
- No nag screens or disabled features
- No expiration on free features
Pro features are simply additional capabilities, not unlocks of restricted free features.

Licensing #
How do I activate my Pro license? #
After purchasing:
- Go to SC Discounts → Settings → License
- Enter your license key (received via email)
- Click “Activate License”
- Pro features become available immediately

Can I use one license on multiple sites? #
It depends on your plan:
- Personal (1 site): One production site only
- Business (3 sites): Up to 3 production sites
- Agency (Unlimited): Unlimited production sites
Development/Staging: All plans include free activations on development and staging environments (localhost, .dev, .local, staging subdomains).
What happens if I exceed my site limit? #
If you try to activate on more sites than your plan allows:
- You’ll see an error message during activation
- You can deactivate from an existing site to free up a slot
- Or upgrade to a higher plan for more site activations
How do I transfer my license to a different site? #
To move your license:
- Go to the old site: SC Discounts → Settings → License
- Click “Deactivate License”
- Go to the new site: SC Discounts → Settings → License
- Enter your license key and activate
Alternatively, manage all activations from your Freemius account dashboard.
What if I lose my license key? #
Your license key can be retrieved:
- Email: Check your purchase confirmation email
- Freemius Account: Log in to your Freemius account to view all licenses
- Support: Contact support with your purchase email for assistance
Renewals and Cancellations #
What happens when my license expires? #
When your annual license expires:
- Pro features continue working on the installed version
- No automatic updates for new versions
- No priority support access
- No new Pro features added in updates
Your existing campaigns and settings are not affected by license expiration.
Will my license auto-renew? #
By default, licenses are set to auto-renew annually. You can:
- Disable auto-renewal from your Freemius account
- Cancel anytime before renewal date
- Receive renewal reminders before charge
How do I cancel my subscription? #
To cancel auto-renewal:
- Log in to your Freemius account
- Navigate to your subscriptions
- Click “Cancel” on the Smart Cycle Discounts subscription
Cancellation stops future charges but doesn’t provide a refund for the current period. You retain Pro access until the current period ends.
Do you offer refunds? #
Yes. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied within 14 days of purchase, contact support for a full refund.
Refund policy:
- Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase
- Pro-rated refunds not available after 14 days
- Renewals are not refundable (cancel before renewal instead)
Updates and Support #
How do I get plugin updates? #
Updates are delivered through WordPress:
- Free version: Updates via WordPress.org repository
- Pro version: Updates via Freemius (requires active license)
Updates appear in Dashboard → Updates like any other plugin.
How long do I receive updates? #
- Free version: Unlimited updates
- Pro version: Updates while license is active
After license expiration, you keep your current version but won’t receive new updates until you renew.

Upgrading #
How do I upgrade from Free to Pro? #
Upgrading is simple:
- Go to SC Discounts → Upgrade (or Settings → License)
- Choose your plan
- Complete purchase via secure checkout
- Enter license key to activate Pro features
Note: No data is lost during upgrade. All your existing campaigns continue working.
How do I upgrade my plan (e.g., Personal to Business)? #
To upgrade between Pro plans:
- Log in to your Freemius account
- Go to your subscription
- Click “Upgrade Plan”
- Pay the prorated difference
Your new site limit takes effect immediately.
Can I downgrade my plan? #
Plan downgrades take effect at renewal. Contact support to request a downgrade, and your plan will change when the current period ends.
Payment and Billing #
What payment methods do you accept? #
Payments are processed through Freemius, which accepts:

Is my payment information secure? #
Yes. All payments are processed by Freemius using industry-standard security:
